Reservation, Method of Payment and Cancelation Policy

After you have chosen your preferred cruise, please enter your personal information into our contact form, and we will contact you with availability and bank details. To reserve your cruise, please transfer the required deposit as soon as possible. If we do not receive your deposit within 24 hours, your reservation will be automatically cancelled. As soon as we receive your payment, we will send you a receipt via email. You may pay the remaining amount of your cruise on the day of your arrival on board, either by cash or cards.

 

Policy for Cancellations:

Canceling due to weather conditions

If booking is canceled due to bad weather conditions:

  • You will be refunded 100%
  • You can reschedule the trip, depending on availability The company has the right to change the itinerary depending on the weather conditions
  • Cancellations up to 72 hours prior to the scheduled departure date will be eligible for a full refund.
  • Cancellation to 48 hrs prior to the reservation 50% of the total rate will apply as cancellation fee.
  • In case of non-show, no refund will apply.
