Rhodes Marina-Lindos 27 nautical miles.
Lindos, one of Greece’s most important archaeological sites, sits atop a hill and offers breathtaking panoramic views of the island. Lindos is definitely worth a visit while in Rhodes. Not only does it have a lovely range of beaches, but the spectacular Acropolis of St. Paul’s Bay is one of Rhodes’ most romantic beaches, thanks to the attractive heart-shaped landscape and the breathtaking view of the cliff on which the golden fine sand of the Lindos Acropolis sits, as well as the blue waves. In the summer, Lindos is extremely hot and full of people from all over the world. Sailing rejuvenates nature, fresh air, tranquility, and freedom. Snorkeling is also an option at this spot. The beach is calm, the sand is golden, and the sea is clear blue but not too deep. It is believed that the Apostle Paul sailed into this bay in 43AD while travelling through the countries, bringing the new religion of Christianity with him, and the residents named the bay after him shortly after. Enjoy a lunch buffet on the yacht with Rhodian food that is freshly made by the crew, wines, beers, soft drinks, and water are also provided, vegetarian menu available upon request before sailing back to Rhodes Marina.
