Policy for Cancellations:
Canceling due to weather conditions
If booking is canceled due to bad weather conditions:
- You will be refunded 100%
- You can reschedule the trip, depending on availability The company has the right to change the itinerary depending on the weather conditions
Cancellations up to 72 hours prior to the scheduled departure date will be eligible for a full refund.
Cancellation to 48 hrs prior to the reservation 50% of the total rate will apply as cancellation fee.
- In case of non-show, no refund will apply.
Before embarking on your first sailing adventure, there are a few safety etiquette rules to be complied with:
- After swimming, please completely dry yourself before entering the saloon.
Children under the age of ten must always wear a life jacket on deck. Parents: Please maintain constant monitoring and supervision of your youngsters.
In the unlikely event of sea sickness, there are sick bags available throughout the boat and in the cockpit – please hand any used bags to the crew for safe disposal.
- Please inform the crew if you have any medical issues or allergies.
- Please avoid wearing shoes with heels, leather or black soles. Wear only white soles or non-marking soles. Preferably naked feet onboard.
- Sunscreen oil causes the surfaces on decks to become slick, so please avoid using it there – please only apply sunscreen.
- It is also recommended to have a waterproof jacket in case of wind during the cool months in early or late season.
- Our yacht is outfitted with life jackets, flares, first aid kits, fire extinguishers, and other safety equipment to assure your safety throughout the journey.
